Screen printing is the standard for bulk orders with a handful of colors — tell us your design and quantity and we'll match you with an Indianapolis shop priced right for it.

Screen printing shines at 24+ pieces with 1-3 ink colors. If your design is full-color or photo-based, or your quantity is under two dozen, DTF or DTG will likely cost less — we'll flag that during matching.
Every screen printing quote starts with a per-color setup fee that gets divided across your total quantity — order 24 shirts and that fee is a big chunk of your per-shirt cost; order 200 and it barely registers. If you're on the fence about quantity, ordering a few extra almost always lowers your effective per-shirt price more than it costs.

Most Indianapolis screen printers set a minimum around 12-24 pieces per design, since the setup cost doesn't make sense below that. Below that threshold, DTF is usually the better fit.
Most shops handle up to 6 colors on standard equipment before cost climbs steeply — each color needs its own screen and setup pass. Full-color or gradient designs are usually better suited to DTF or DTG.
